We buy direct from the manufacturers English and German and choose to display fewer products to maximise the discounts we get from the manufacturers, which we can pass on to the customer. We are off the high street - keeping our overheads lower (with plenty of free parking).

German Kitchens
Our two German suppliers are two of the biggest (and arguably, best) kitchen manufacturers in Germany/Europe. They build bespoke, rigid cabinets, pre-assembled furniture that is quality-checked in the factory and before being shipped to us direct. Using the latest and most efficient manufacturing technologies available, with outstanding environmental and quality assured marks… they are hard to beat.
Masterclass Kitchens
Masterclass kitchens are built in their 70,000 sq ft manufacturing site in the UK. Situated in South Wales, just outside of Cardiff, the Masterclass factory employs over 200 local people. The warehouse is temperature controlled so that all raw materials are kept in perfect condition, ensuring that your furniture will be manufactured to the high standards that make Masterclass' reputation.

While we can supply only, we prefer to fit your new kitchen ourselves. If you choose our fully fitted option, our professionally trained team of fitters will install your new kitchen with care, pride and professionalism. Working with you very step of the way from delivery to clean up.
We also know that sometimes, a fit out isn't as straight forward as just installing the furniture. If required, we can carry out all the extra works you might need including structural work (i.e. removing walls, electrical, plumbing, etc.). We are also very happy to work with your builder, whatever you require.

Yes, one of our designers will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. It is a non-invasive survey meaning they will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during their visit. They will take the time to learn about your needs, design preferences and budget, and work closely with you to understand your requirements. Once you are happy we can move onto to the next stage.
The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes. We will be in touch to arrange a Design Appointment in one of our showrooms at a time that suits you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. You can also pay by transfer cash or cheque, if you prefer.

As a general rule a £500 deposit is required when your order is placed. 50% is payable once the kitchen goes into production and the remainder 7 days before delivery.

Yes, we offer a number of flexible finance options, through our preferred finance partner. Please see our finance page for further details and to start the application process.

It is normally a four-six week lead time for the kitchen, depending on the range of door.

Who takes care of my building work?
We do! From start to finish, our project management team will be with you every step of the way. We handle all matters relating to design, wiring, plumbing, plastering, fitting - anything you need! All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the process as your dream kitchen comes to life.
