We recently had a German kitchen and Utility (Nobilia and various white goods and appliances) fitted by Ridgeway Kitchens and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the initial design process with Gary, who was so knowledgeable and keen to ensure that our kitchen was perfect for our needs/budget, right through to the fitting stage with Dan, who was so meticulous and took the time to make sure that every detail was just right, the experience was a pleasure. Keep him hydrated though with tea and coffee!

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and design options that were presented to us by Gary early in our analysis and budgets, as well as the way Brendan the site manager worked so closely with Gary and our builder early in the project when we had a blank canvas to work on and could not visualise what it would look like. Gary's visual pictures were extremely helpful and design drawings very useful for the builder and plumbers and electricians. This meant that the so called dry fit went smoothly and all services and connections were ready from day one. It was also a delight to work with Julie in the finance team, who was so helpful and accommodating to our needs.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ridgeway Kitchens to anyone looking for a truly exceptional design and kitchen fitting service. Don't be put off going to an independent kitchen designer and fitter as you think they may be out of reach. We went for a U shaped kitchen with a peninsula which as the main cook in the family the design means I am pretty much two steps aways from anything I need including cold beer. It has been a game changer in terms of cooking, feeding the masses, no more trays in front of TV and ease of use of all the appliances. Thank you Chris and Cathy.

I didn’t wish to replace my kitchen but I had to because of essential building works which meant that my kitchen cupboards would have to be taken out. I stumbled upon Ridgeway Kitchens during an internet search after visiting some high street suppliers. I was struck by the kitchens displayed and contacted them. They were pleasant from my first contact when I spoke to Gary.

Giorgio was my kitchen designer who really listened to my thoughts and suggestions for a new kitchen. He was knowledgeable and very patient, and most of all, spent time with me to work out what I was trying to achieve for my new kitchen, in terms of functionality and aesthetics, while staying within my budget.

Giorgio was always pleasant and professional. He was also honest about anything that would incur additional costs and showed me different options to help me with my decision. He always returned my calls or emails which was very important to me.

During the entire process, he kept in touch regularly and updated me accordingly with additional costs or delay with the delivery. I also liked the fact that he had a colleague come out to give his expertise on the installation before the kitchen was ordered. His attention to detail is excellent.

Giorgio ensured that any parts that were outstanding in the initial delivery were secured and personally delivered the parts himself when they arrived, nothing was too much trouble for him.

The finished kitchen is beautiful and looks of a high standard - I look forward to using it. It was a pleasure to work with Giorgio.

After searching for a kitchen designer we decided upon Jon/Ridgeway over an established local company. He was excellent at meeting our demands in the original design, whilst using his professional expertise to advise us.

Jon confidently pitched new ideas to us, many of which we loved and chose. This included an innovative solution to an awkward space; and keeping with a contemporary theme and within budget, which ultimately sold Ridgeway to us.

When problems arose as they do on any new installation he was supportive, available and dealt with the matter regardless of who/what was the root cause. He's a great guy, backed by an equally professional team that care and we are very happy with the end product. Highly recommended.

Once we also factored in the quality of the product and the fact that they would project manage the whole installation, it was an easy decision to make.

Ridgeway offer a no-obligation design consultation. During the time we took deciding on our final choices (some several months) there was no pressure to move forward from Sarah (the Design Consultant we dealt with). She allowed us to take our time to think about the decisions we were making.

I cannot speak more highly of Dan (the Fitter). The standard of his work and attention to detail were exceptional (and something that the other Trades commented on when they came to do their bits). The way he overcame various issues was certainly not achieved by taking the easiest or quickest option. He was helpful with suggestions and his good humour made him a pleasure to have in the house for 6 weeks. He communicated so well that each day we knew exactly what was done and what was happening next. Dan made us feel that he cared about our kitchen as much as we did.

Brendon (the Installation Manager) visited the site regularly to check progress and make sure everything was as we wanted it. He also responded quickly and clearly to our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah also visited several times during the installation and the whole team from Ridgway were personable and so lovely to work with.

Our project involved knocking down a wall between the kitchen and dining room and replacing everything (including the ceiling). They laid the flooring and organised for the decoration. It was quoted as a 6-week project and they delivered exactly on time. It was left clean and tidy – all we had to do was move our things back in.\

We are so delighted with the finished result – it is faultless and the whole experience was amazing. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ridgeway.

If you are looking for a high quality kitchen, expertly installed, then I would highly recommend Ridgeway. We have recently just had our new kitchen designed & Installed by Ridgeway and could not have been happier with the service and communication that we received.

From the initial meeting with Jon, they worked tirelessly to meet our demands and deliver a kitchen to our budget. They were clear and honest about costs, and where certain requests we had would impact our budget. Before the installation began, we received a clear schedule of works from Brendon, and regular catch ups throughout the project ensured that we were all aware of client and contractor expectations. The whole installation team were very friendly, extremely professional and the quality of work could not be faulted. In summary, if you are looking for a really great kitchen, give Ridgeway a call, I’m sure they won’t disappoint, we certainly weren’t.

I cannot recommend Ridgeway Interiors highly enough! From my initial meeting with Jim Harratt, through to surveys and installation, they were outstanding. It was a significant project as the room the kitchen was going into was being built so aligning with my builders and all the appropriate trades was a breeze with Ridgeway. A massive shout out to Jim, who was knowledgeable, helpful and designed a kitchen I absolutely love - he went above and beyond throughout the project. Also the fitter Alan who was extremely skilled, and his attention to detail was second to none. Thank you Ridgeway!

Having a new kitchen is a huge invested and something you want to get absolutely right. I can honestly say that we are delighted with our Ridgeway kitchen, having been messed around by another company. We were so pleased to meet Jim Harratt he was amazing, he really took on board what we wanted and how the kitchen needed to work for our family and home environment. He came up with a design we loved and he managed to work this within our budget. Nothing was too much for Jim, changes were made, I regularly contacted him and he always got back to me promptly with excellent customer service. There was never any pressure to proceed. Jim followed the kitchen project all the way through the process. He was very knowledgeable, with high expectations for our kitchen and was able to offer sound advice which has resulted in a fantastic kitchen.



We also used Ridgeway to install our kitchen, Jack fitted the kitchen all by himself. He worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job, his attention to detail really impressed me. Jack was a pleasure to have in my house.

He listened and guided us with the design, his recommendations was brilliant and things we hadn't even thought off. He kept to our budget and ensured the kitchen was our dream Kitchen, delivered and installed on time. We would fully recommend using Giorgio from Ridgeway for any kitchen design you need.

The importance of finding and using a quality kitchen company can never be underestimated. I can only suggest that if at all possible look no further than Ridgeway. We wanted a kitchen designer and installer to own a complete project including removal of floor tiling and replacement. So many others kitchen companies said we can do this but not this bit. So many other suppliers said they did not have their own installers but used contractors. Ridgeway helped in every way possible. Yes I believe the price was maybe greater but to get the service and quality of Nobilia kitchens was without doubt worth while. Giorgio, designed the kitchen and was available and visible throughout the project. We now have a stunning kitchen thanks to Giorgio and Ridgeway.

I was dubious about a new kitchen fearing pushy salesmen and shoddy workmanship but from the moment i visited Ridgeway i was impressed by the package on offer. Everything was focused around what i wanted, and my budget, not what they could sell me. The design by Giorgio made brilliant use of the available space, and i had Dan visit almost every day to make sure the work was going to schedule. All the contractors were polite, reliable, friendly and all were evidently very good at their jobs. The workmanship and fitting is second to none; even better, once it was all done and there was a minor fault the team were out at mine in thirty minutes to fix it, no trying to pass the buck or make excuses. It really was a great experience and i could not recommend them more highly.

Thank you to all that we dealt with at
Ridgeway. Especially to Sarah, who was patient with us from the outset, tweaking designs to account for our changes. Designs were drawn up to keep the kitchen and utility separate and also to knock through. We are so pleased that we went with the decision to knock through, making a light, fresh more spacious kitchen. There was never any pressure to make decisions hastily, unlike other companies.

We wanted a project completed from design to finish to include decorating, flooring etc, so that we could move back into it and enjoy it. Ridgeway teamed with Dean from Cloverhouse Interiors delivered that for us. Sarah arranged for Dean to quote for all the ripping out and making good ready for kitchen installation.

There were supply issues with our freezer and a delay in getting this but this could not be helped and we felt Afzal did all he could to source it.

We would definitely recommend Ridgeway. Chris the fitter was amazing how he worked on his own fitting the complete kitchen.

Everyone that we dealt with with was professional and very accommodating.

We were both working at home during this time and it was never an issue, they were respectful to this

After visiting several mediocre kitchen companies, we were impressed by the warm welcome we received from the Ridgeway's kitchen planner Gary Shorne. He listened carefully to our plans and gave us some excellent ideas for storage and space. We were impressed with the quality of the German kitchen displays and decided that this was the Company for us.

We changed our plans several times and each time Gary was accommodating and patient with us; always looking to improve the layout for our benefit. I cannot praise him enough; nothing was too much trouble. He came to the work surface company at Haddenham and went out of his way to ensure we had time to choose what was suitable for us.

The project was a big one as we had a wall knocked through so Gary had to negotiate with our builders, plumber and electrician. He made several visits to our house ( a considerable distance away) to ensure we were absolutely happy with everything.

The fitter , Jacko was so professional and we were impressed with his knowledge and experience. Brandon, was also really helpful. The result is an amazing kitchen with matching units in the utility room at a a very competitive price, with which we are absolutely thrilled.

What we really liked about this Company is that they did what they promised; they were punctual and tidied up after themselves. They were polite and cheerful. We can thoroughly recommend this company and would be happy to talk to any prospective clients about them.
